Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School is a non-profit, independent school governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees. The school retains its long-standing affiliation with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) through a covenant relationship with the Synod of the South Atlantic.

 

The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and is a member of the Educational Records Bureau (ERB), the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS), the Georgia Independent School Association (GISA.) We are a founding member of the Southern Association of Boarding Schools.
