After changing into your practice uniform in the locker room, arrive on time to the baseball field for your practice session.

4:15- All baseball players

1. Stretch, run, throw

4:30- Team meeting

1. Announce the days goals and agenda

4:45- junior varsity to the cages

varsity to fieldwork

5:10- 21- out (coaches hit) JV runs

5:30- Varsity hits/ JV in field- Line drive drill

6:00- Baserunning drill

Pitchers

1. Stretch, run, throw

2. Mound work: Butler, Sarno, Carrillo, Barron, Chang
